Delivery terms and costs 2024
Payment methods
- bank transfer for orders delivered by e-mail and order form, payment information will usually be sent to you by e-mail on the same or next working day
- debit card, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc. via Stripe depending on your browser, device and country
- or use PayPal.
Delivery costs to EU countries
- For orders under € 30 flat fee of € 4,50€
- Shipments requiring extra parcel delivery fee (= vinyl LP’s) 7 €
- Tracking for EU shipments 3 €
Free delivery
- Orders over € 30 that fit in envelopes (t-shirts fit).
Deliveries
Envelope-sized goods are transported to Finland by Posti without tracking and parcel goods by Matkahuolto with tracking. International mail is usually handled by DHL / Deutsche Post Global Mail or, in some cases, by Finnish Posti (long distance mail).
Goods are shipped at least twice a week. Exceptions are reported on the check out page and in the product’s own longer delivery time on the product’s own page.
You will usually receive your order confirmation the same or the next business day. Sometimes, of course, slower because I work manually with the emails.
Returns
Everything has a statutory 14-day exchange and return policy. And even longer so don’t hesitate to contact us if any purchase starts to get annoying. In the case of returns, you have to pay the return postage for the goods yourself.
With returns please contact me first by e-mail (indiefilms@indiefilms.fi) or even with the order form so that the matter can be handled as smoothly and cheaply as possible. Thank you.
Delays
If your order seems to be delayed please don’t hesitate to ask. Sometimes I just make mistakes and some orders can pass unnoticed.
This shop
This online store is maintained by Indie Films Oy / Tomi Riionheimo (= Pekka Jokinen), Malminkatu 22 c 55, 00100 Helsinki, Finland. The name, address, etc. information that came with the orders will not be collected in the register and will not be disclosed anywhere. The information remains in the mailbox in the left. Mailing lists are not built and marketing mail is not sent when you are not having fun.
